The Simple, ‘No Fuss’, affordable Cremation Service Option – £2,450 Fixed

Please note the restrictions that apply to this funeral package, which helps to make the funeral costs a little more affordable to some, than the full traditional service. It is made simple for you as the client and simple for us as the provider.

What is included in our ‘Simple Funeral Option’?

Our fixed price ‘simple’ service include the following:

  • Ongoing support, guidance and advice for family and friends throughout
  • Arranging the completion of all necessary statutory administration
  • Communicating and liaising with statutory authorities and other third parties
  • Crematorium fee for 9.30am & 10am slots (see below for other options) at Woodvale Crematorium
  • Any Doctors fee payable
  • Bringing the deceased into our care from hospital or borough mortuary (within 10 miles)
  • Philip Evans to act as celebrant / Master of Ceremonies for the service
  • A pre-placement of the coffin in the chapel
  • A simple wood effect coffin is provided

What is not included

The idea of the ‘simple’ service is for it to be simple for you as far as a budget conscious consideration is concerned, but also ‘simple’ for us.  Therefore if you require any of the following services then the ‘all inclusive’ option will apply.

  • Viewings
  • Flower management
  • Charity donation management
  • Collection from a Private Residence (a surcharge will apply)

Terms & Conditions that apply to this offer

  1. This offer is only for cremation services. It does not relate to burial services.
  2. Any bariatric concerns will likely require additional resources / logistics in which case there may be sucharges applicable e.g bespoke larger coffin; extra bearers; special storage fees
  3. The funeral service available times are restricted to: Morning Slots at 9.30am or 10am.
    (or for a surcharge of £216 you can choose 10.30 am, 11am or 3.30pm or 4pm)
  4. Service includes Philip Evans Jnr as the Master of Ceremony. (Any other officiant  may incur a surcharge)
  5. Any Eulogy or tributes must be written / provided by the family.
  6. We do not manage donations as part of this discounted funeral service offer.
  7. This is a fixed price offer, whether all the services listed above apply or not, or are declined.
  8. The total fees must paid in advance as per our usual terms and conditions.
  9. This offer is not available as part of a funeral plan.

Important Notes

***Larger Clients: In the case of bariatric (obese) clients, that cause additional or unusual requirements, or clients who exceed 6’2″ x 22″ in size, we reserve the right to make additional charges where these become necessary, but you will be informed of any such charges before we apply them.

**Day Time/Out of Hours collections: Our professional fee includes collection from hospital or Borough Mortuary within our local area.  Although collections from hospitals outside of our area may incur an extra mileage fee.

However  any collection from a private residence/care home etc. will incur a daytime fee of £180, or out of hours/weekend fee of £230, (and extra mileage fees if out of our normal area)

* Full payment (cleared funds) must be received before the funeral takes place.
