We always recommend a non-committed, face to face meeting with us, on our premises, to help you determine that we meet your criteria, ensuring that you are satisfied with who might be looking after your loved one.
Please note that we are available out of hours for emergencies.
Please note that our ‘Out Of Hours’ call fee is £200.00. However, if you find yourself looking after someone in your own home and if you feel comfortable to do so, and it is appropriate then leaving your loved one in their bed until you call us after 8am in the morning, may be more desirable. If you do this then please note that our advise would be to turn down any heating, if applicable, and protect your loved one with a cover (we usually use some netting for protection). It is not usually advisable to open the windows. The fee for ‘within office hours’ collection from a private residence or nursing home is £120.
