Direct Cremation:

This package includes the following at £915 plus disbursements:
We endeavor to leave the body in a natural state by cleansing and dressing the body in clothes provided by you, or calico cotton sheeting (we do not embalm or use invasive treatments).

For services in this package:

  • Collection of the body from a location within 20 miles (extra charges will be incurred for out of hours)
  • Conveying to crematorium of our choosing
  • Coffin suitable for cremation
  • The package includes crematorium fee for 8.30 slot on a day of our choosing (no chapel use)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE OUR SERVICES IF DOCTORS’ CREMATION FORMS NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY LOCAL GPS, IN THE EVENT THAT THE DECEASED DIED OUTSIDE OUR NORMAL AREAS OF OPERATIONS (THAT IS OUTSIDE BRIGHTON, HOVE AND SURROUNDING AREAS). PLEASE ASK US FOR FURTHER INFORMATION TO CLARIFY.

Also known as a ‘Direct to Graveside’ service, this option costs £1,100 (excluding burial plot but with personal hygiene care included). Services in this package include cleansing and dressing the body in clothes provided or with calico cotton sheeting (we do not use any invasive treatments or embalm).

We also:

  • Collect the body within 20 miles (out of hours will incur an extra charge)
  • Coffin suitable for burial
  • Choosing a burial slot (we choose the day and time)

Purchasing Burial Plots

The cost of burial plots depend on your preferred location.

Plots are available for between £970 to £1500 in Hove Cemetery, Lawns Memorial, Woodland Valley, Clayton Wood or Eden Valley Natural Burial Ground (tree planting included).

The ‘No Fuss’ package is perfect if you wish for no ceremony. Those with a small family, or who may need to think about the financial outlay of a ceremonial package may also wish to opt for a smaller, direct cremation or burial.
